Seasonal Dispatch Coordinator Brighton, CO | Seasonal | Up to $24.00/hr Schedule Options Available Mon-Thu (4 x 10s) Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $23.50/hr Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM | $24.00/hr Fri-Sun (3 x 12s) Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | $23.50/hr Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $24.00/hr Position Summary The Seasonal Dispatch Coordinator supports warehouse and transportation operations by coordinating shipments, processing documentation, communicating with drivers and carriers, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient freight movement.

Responsibilities Process inbound and outbound shipment records. Coordinate driver check-in/check-out and dock assignments. Verify shipping and receiving documentation. Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records. Communicate with drivers, carriers, and operations teams. Assist with transportation inquiries and documentation issues. Support daily administrative tasks and reporting. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or administrative support.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
