Concrete Finisher

Seeking Concrete Laborers in Brighton -$23/hour. No Formal Interview Required! Start on January 12th 2026! Pay and Benefits

• $23/hour
• Lots of Overtime Available (20 hours a week!)

• 1st Shift – start times varying between 5:30 and 8 am.
• 4-10 schedule.
• Be prepared for overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during the busy season.
• Hours ranging from 60-70 per week.

• Set, fill, and grate forms for concrete production.
• Work with co-workers to strip, set-up, and pour the bed.
• Collaborate with Quality Control for optimal quality.
• Follow directions from Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Be flexible to work in various areas as needed.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
• Handle physical demands of the job.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Concrete or sheet rock finishing experience/ability to perform highly physical work.
• Pre-cast or concrete experience
• Ability to use handtools and understand a tape measure.
• Willingness to train and adapt to the job’s physicality.
• Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty environment.
• Flexible schedule with varying start times.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during the busy season.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
