YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FOREMAN - PARTS LEAD
Each day, you'll oversee blueprint management, guide your team of four, and ensure assets are maintained and ready for use. You'll track time, coordinate with managers on deliverables, and keep production aligned with Steel Con's high standards. Your leadership ensures smooth operations, your precision protects quality, and your communication keeps every project moving forward.
Here's what you need to become our Foreman - Parts Lead:
- Bilingual
- Ability to read drawings
- Strong time‑management skills
Preferred qualifications include 2 years of experience, FICEP experience, and Shear/Break Press experience.
We're looking for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and ready to take ownership of quality control operations.
