Laborer, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

About the Role

Supports production operations using a variety of tools and equipment, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.

• Use shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant.
• Loads and delivers materials.
• Performs light maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with all health, safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas; promotes a culture of safety and exhibits these behaviors.

  Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of one year performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
