Production Packaging Associate

Location: Brighton, CO

Join a leading manufacturer of exterior caulking products used in commercial construction. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $23.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | $25.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM | $25.50/hr

• Fill, package, and palletize finished products.
• Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation.
• Record inventory and production counts accurately.
• Label and prepare products for shipment.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• 1 year of manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience.
• Ability to lift and move 40-50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to remain clean shaven and wear a respirator when required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.50 – $25.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
