Material Handler​/Forklift

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift, you will be part of the Distribution Center team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Move pallets and materials efficiently through various areas of the Distribution Center and Reverse Logistics Center

+ Support production requirements by loading and unloading customer trailers

+ Power-sort pallets manually as part of daily responsibilities in some locations

+ Operate forklifts with care, adhering to safety procedures at all times

+ Maintain a clean and safe working environment while achieving production goals

** What's Needed?*
* + Good math, language, and reading skills with attention to detail

+ Basic computer skills

+ Forklift certification is preferred but not required

+ Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
