This management role follows a Monday - Friday shift:

• 7 am – 4 pm

Your day as a Parts Lead - Quality Control Supervisor will begin by reviewing blueprints and ensuring your team of four is aligned and ready to work. You'll maintain assets, track time, and communicate with managers to ensure every deliverable is on schedule. Your leadership keeps the workflow smooth, your attention to detail ensures quality, and your communication helps the entire operation stay connected and efficient.

• Bilingual
• Ability to read drawings
• Strong time management

Preferred: 2 years of experience, FICEP experience, Shear/Break Press experience
