The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for community accounting functions and assists in the administration, leasing and supervision of the team.

- Assist the Property Manager in various tasks as needed
- Achieves high resident retention and leasing expectations

- Excellent mathematical skills (high school level)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in property management software
- Tax Credit experience preferred
Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 an hour
