As an Applebee's Server, you will be our guests' first and last impression. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate guests' needs, and work hard while having a great time. You must be at least 18 years old, able to effectively communicate with others, and committed to making an impact.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to guests.
• Provide recommendations and anticipate guests' needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in food and beverage service.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours, reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds, transport plates, glasses and baskets approximately 30 times per shift, speak clearly, listen attentively, wear protective hand and face coverings, and wash hands with disinfecting soap frequently.
