Wage and Compensation

Hourly wage: $22-$35 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage for the job location. Actual rate may vary based on location, shift, and performance incentives.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offering assistance and recommending merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays in proper order throughout the day.
