Good 2 Go Stores LLC is hiring an Assistant Store Manager.

• Takes on all store manager responsibilities when the manager is not present, such as building sales, managing inventory, managing labor, scheduling shifts, cash management, and logging maintenance issues.
• Ensures that the mission, vision, and core values are followed.
• Spends time coaching, training, providing corrective action, assessing, and actively leading all store teams; acts as a CSR, cook, or any position when needed.
• Ensures new hire and existing employee paperwork is complete and up to date.
• Follows presentation standards and ensures the store is clean and organized.
• Guarantees that the current promo period, displays, and planograms are followed.
• Delivers the best food in town by following the food playbook.
• Builds good relationships with customers and addresses any issues they have.
• Ensures company safety standards are followed and promotes them; trains all employees on emergency situations such as spills, stoppage of pumps, or other critical safety activities.
• Ensures EPA compliance and documentation are taken care of.
• Engages with the community.
• Co‑ordinates shift coverage and covers additional shifts if necessary.

You will spend most of your time in a retail store, working around fuel and fuel pumps, moving vehicles, parking lots, and outdoor areas. The work may be in hot or cold environments.

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to move freely around work location (inside and outside).
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Able to push or pull equipment and items.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. (About 75 bananas).

About 5-10% of the time.

• Has led people in retail or other settings before.
• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
• Able to effectively multitask.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate team.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Two or more years’ experience in retail or other settings.
• One or more years’ experience in retail leadership.
• Experience with Point of Sale, Accounting, and Time Collection systems.
