Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and DC add orders in a timely manner and contact customers upon shipment arrivals;
Handle special orders and outside purchases according to procedure;
Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods;
Invoice all merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedule and clock-in/out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, bank deposits, securing the building, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles
