The Kroger Company - 100 North 50th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Bag groceries at checkout for customers;
Aim to bag at least five items per bag without damage;
Follow bagging best practices for different bag types (reusable/plastic/paper);
Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout;
Offer to help customers load bags into their car;
Perform basic shelf conditioning;
Inform customers of grocery specials;
Return merchandise to store shelves;
Glean bascarts and return to designated areas;
Clean spills, collect and pickup trash inside store and parking lot;
Clean all areas inside and outside of store;
Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise;
Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers;
Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management;
Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines;
Inspect equipment and notify maintenance for repairs;
Create welcoming environment and answer customer questions about products;
Follow all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines;
Work cooperatively in a high-paced or stressful environment;
Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively;
Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business information;
Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues;
Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults;
Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
