• Create a great atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers with purchases, locating items, and other inquiries.
• Perform cashier and other customer service activities.
• Stock coolers, shelves, and consumable items.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking, counts, and product checks.
• Clean the store, bathrooms, and outside grounds as directed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Close and balance registers; report any variance to the Manager.
• Prepare and deliver hot food items according to company standards, where applicable.
• Help with fuel spill clean‑up when necessary.
• Follow safety standards and report issues.

• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to move freely inside and outside the work location.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, bend, and stoop.
• Able to push or pull equipment and items.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. (About 75 bananas).

• Able to learn and perform company systems and processes.
• Adheres to company values and ethical expectations.
• Able to effectively multitask.
• Strong customer service focus.
• High integrity and ethics and trustworthiness in cash management.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
• Experience with Point of Sale and Time Collection systems.
