Base Salary + Commission – pay is based upon education and experience.

• Prepare daily sales calls/progress reports and documentation
• Develop weekly sales forecasts
• Manage business related expenses
• Interface effectively with other Wagner field personnel and departments as they affect sales responsibilities
• Respond to customer calls at all times of the day and night
• Research new leads and sales prospects
• Conduct face‑to‑face cold calls to prospective customers and develop new accounts within the designated territory
• Service current rental and sales customers’ needs
• Maintain current knowledge of all products and services for sale and rent by Wagner Rents
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some college or trade school preferred
• 10+ years sales experience in the heavy or rental equipment industry
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience
• 3+ years customer service experience
• 3+ years sales experience

• Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
• Data entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
• Safety & product knowledge
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
• Medium work including lifting and/or moving objects up to 32 pounds or more
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
