A well-established aggregate operation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant and processing equipment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and ensuring processing systems remain operational and safe. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This exceptional opportunity is for a self‑motivated individual with a strong technical background in heavy machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining loaders, haul trucks, conveyor belts, and dozers. As a permanent Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on loaders, haul trucks, conveyor belts, and dozers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on various equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are kept in good working condition and meet safety standards.
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
• Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance job performance and equipment functionality.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with loaders, haul trucks, conveyor belts, and dozers.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy machinery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members.
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in a related field is a plus.
