Colorado residents: ray range for this role is $20-$21 per hour based on experience.

EDUCATION:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

* Preferred physical labor experience

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
* Thorough knowledge of ALLO construction procedures.
* Ability to gain knowledge of fiber construction and material.
* Basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word and the ability to learn Smartsheets.
* Ability to communicate with internal and external customers, contractors and company employees.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends.
* Ability to travel outside of the home office area for extended periods of time based on project and business need.

MUST BE ABLE TO:
* Operate a company vehicle
* Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
* Pull a trailer with equipment loaded on it
* Includes hooking up and backing up
* Able to do general maintenance for vehicle and trailers
* Work DOT inspection sheet and obtain DOT physical
* Keep truck and trailer clean and organized
* Work power tools
* Climb ladder up to 35’
* Run heavy walk behind machinery
* Read a measuring tape
* Utilize personal cell phone for business purposes
* Work solo or with a team
* Work with small items i.e., splice ends, snips and cleavers (will teach right candidate)
* Be punctual and ready to work
* Ability to drive a lift truck (preferred not required)
REQUIREMENTS
* Raise objects up to 100 lbs.
* Remain upright on feet for extended periods
* Ability to communicate information
* Ability to crouch and crawl
* Ability to bend, kneel, stand
* Ability to ascend/descend ladder
* Ability to carry tools and equipment
* Ability to operate a computer
* Ability to observe details at far range
* Ability to operate hand tools and equipment
* Ability to operate machinery
* Ability to work outdoors
* Ability to work in extreme weather
* Weight Restrictions Aerial:
* Ladder - Less than 350 lbs including equipment
* Bucket - Less than 250 lbs including equipment
* Ability to pass a DOT Physical/Certification
* Possess/Maintain a valid Driver’s License
