Pipeline Field Service Technicians - 14/14 - $51/hr - Brighton, CO

USA Compression Partners, LP is seeking Field Service Technicians to join their team in Brighton, Colorado. These technicians will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing natural gas compression equipment across multiple regions. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working independently in outdoor and remote environments on a rotational schedule.

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in engines, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel extensively and work a rotational schedule (14 days on/off)
• Ability to work independently in outdoor, remote, and sometimes harsh environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Solid professional communication/interface skills with customers and team members

• 3 - 5 years of experience in gas compression, especially with CAT, Ariel, and/or Cummins certifications
• Technical certification or vocational training in diesel, natural gas engines, or industrial maintenance
• Prior experience in oil & gas field operations or compression services
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
