About This Role

A Journeyman Electrician with Crusoe’s Manufacturing team will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation of our electrical systems. Your expertise will be crucial for installing, repairing, and maintaining these systems, directly impacting the efficiency and safety of our manufacturing processes. You will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology and contribute to a dynamic team.

• Electrical Installation
  :
  Perform installations of equipment in manufactured buildings, adhering to plans and specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repair
  :
  Diagnose and resolve electrical problems using your knowledge and experience.
• Maintenance
  :
  Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and prevent issues.
• Blueprint Interpretation
  :
  Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Tool Utilization
  :
  Use a variety of electrician tools and techniques to complete tasks.
• Safety Compliance
  :
  Adhere to safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Seek opportunities to standardize practices to maximize efficiency.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work effectively with team members for seamless project execution.

• Electrical Training
  :
  Formal electrician training in a Journeyman schooling program.
• Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
  :
  An active and clean license.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficiency in using a wide variety of electrician tools and techniques.
• Blueprint Reading
  :
  Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Problem‑Solving
  :
  Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• Physical Capabilities
  :
  Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
• Work Ethic
  :
  Detail‑oriented, a team player with a strong sense of self‑accountability and a positive attitude.
• Background Check
  :
  Willingness to undergo background and drug test.
• Education
  :
  High school diploma or GED.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid OSHA 10 certification.
• Knowledge of specific electrical codes and regulations.
• Experience with PLC programming or automation systems.
• Additional certifications related to electrical work.
• Familiarity with various types of electrical testing equipment.

Compensation will be paid in the range of $36 – $41/hr restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
