Precision Drilling Company, LP is seeking a Field Training Coach to coach, mentor, and train field crews in hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe rig operations on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation. This on-site role travels to rig sites to support crews.
You will reinforce company standards, deliver hands-on training, and collaborate with field teams to improve safety, efficiency, and performance while upholding Precision’s commitment to zero harm.
