Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians - Brighton, CO
We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support automated machinery and conveyor systems across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule & Work Environment:This role supports production equipment, conveyors, motors, and automated machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Schedule: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.
- 12 hour shifts - Shift Options: Days or Nights
- All required PPE provided; strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Mechanical & electrical repairs — Restore equipment performance and support daily production needs.
- Preventative maintenance — Reduce downtime and improve long-term equipment reliability.
- Breakdown response — Quickly and safely return machinery to service.
- Conveyor & motor troubleshooting — Diagnose issues involving conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Industrial electrical work — Work with single-phase and three-phase systems.
- Technical documentation — Use schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide repairs.
- PLC troubleshooting — Support PLC-controlled equipment as needed.
- Equipment installation & repair — Install, maintain, and repair machinery components.
- Accurate recordkeeping — Document all maintenance activities clearly.
- Cross-team collaboration — Work closely with production teams to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with conveyor systems and automated equipment
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and industrial machinery
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- PLC troubleshooting experience

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
