Position Details: K–12 Caseload Starting September 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday

Hello, School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. You’ll provide counseling, crisis support, and social-emotional services while collaborating with school teams and families. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians!

• Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning
• Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Support student attendance, engagement, and access to resources
• Develop and implement intervention plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Connect students and families with community resources

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
• Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being
