• Safely operate forklifts and front-end loaders to load and unload landscape materials
• Coordinate material orders and dispatch them to the appropriate delivery or pickup area
• Maintain inventory organization and cleanliness in the yard
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and office staff
• Assist in receiving shipments and organizing incoming stock
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Minimum forklift experience required; ability to operate front-end loaders or similar equipment is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
