Domino's Pizza is hiring leaders for our Management Training Program.

Key responsibilities include shift operations, cost control, inventory management, and customer service.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, brand image, customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Ability to operate all equipment and handle inventory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing quickly.
• Proficient on a keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Accurate handling of monetary transactions.
• Motor coordination and physical stamina for repetitive tasks.
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle (if required).
• Must live in or near the Denver metro area or be moving to the Denver area.

• Fumes and cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F.

• Physical demands: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, reaching.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Navigate roads, addresses, and adverse terrain while carrying product.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
