Balic Transport Inc. is seeking a Night Dispatcher to join our operations team. This is a fast-paced position where you'll play a critical role in supporting our drivers, monitoring shipments, and ensuring freight keeps moving after normal business hours.

Monday–Friday

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• Monitor active loads and provide real-time updates
• Communicate with drivers throughout their trips
• Coordinate with customers, brokers, and internal operations
• Track appointments and resolve service issues
• Manage delays and assist with after-hours problem solving
• Update dispatch software and maintain accurate load information
• Work closely with the daytime operations team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts

• Dispatch or transportation experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
