BTI is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing operations team.

As an asset-based carrier with 130+ trucks
, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers while supporting our drivers every mile of the way. We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Dispatch and manage a fleet of OTR drivers
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Monitor driver progress and provide updates
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers
• Resolve service issues and keep freight moving efficiently
• Maximize fleet utilization while maintaining excellent customer service

• Previous truck dispatch or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
• Proficient with transportation software and Microsoft Office
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Must be flexible with workdays and schedule as business needs require
