We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting production by managing warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • Gain and apply knowledge of warehouse operations (minimum 6 months experience preferred).
• Assist production through a basic understanding of warehouse processes.
• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions and production processes

• Assist with cycle counts and manage inventory with strong attention to detail.
• Report damages and inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare materials for shipping, including palletizing, waterproofing, and banding.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and storage areas to meet safety standards.
• Work effectively in multi-temperature environments, including hot and cold conditions.
• Other tasks as trained and qualified to do.

• Must be a team player
  , flexible, and willing to assist as needed.
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
