• 0-2 years of experience in Materials Management or related fields
• Proven ability to operate forklifts or heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in both office and field settings
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with Oil & Gas industry practices is a plus

• Knowledge of inventory audit procedures, cycle counting, and warehouse organization
• Understanding of environmental, health, and safety policies
• Ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in inventory management, particularly within oil and gas settings
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions for driving company vehicles

• Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% for project needs
• Commitment to adhering to all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines including SOX and COPAS standards
