• Starting at $75,000 – $85,000 annually
• Full-time schedule
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Brighton, CO

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution center operations
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and warehouse associates
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
• Ensure inventory accuracy and efficient workflow throughout the facility
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Coordinate staffing and daily operational priorities
• Maintain compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance to leadership
• Foster a safe, organized, and positive work environment

• Previous operations management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
