Part Time Executive Assistant to HR

Our client, a leading nonprofit organization in the education and management publishing industry, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant / HR Coordinator to support the CHRO. This role is based in Brighton, MA, with an onsite presence, offering a flexible 25-hour workweek across Monday-Thursday (with possible Friday mornings). This is a 3+ month contract opportunity paying $25-33/hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendaring and scheduling for the CHRO Coordinate executive-level interview scheduling with a high-touch, candidate-focused approach Provide administrative support across HR functions as needed Perform high-volume, accurate data entry Draft polished, professional email communications Track and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion Candidate

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or administrative support role Exposure to HR processes, including onboarding documentation Strong written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Proven experience managing calendars, scheduling, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
