Integrated Dermatology is seeking an experienced dermatology-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our thriving practice, Integrated Dermatology of Newton-Brighton, serving the greater Boston area and Cape Cod.
This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join a well-established, highly-rated practice with a loyal patient base, in-house Mohs surgery, and a full spectrum of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services across three convenient Massachusetts locations.

About the Practice
- Well-established, growing practice with three locations across Brighton, Needham, and Mashpee, MA serving patients throughout Greater Boston and Cape Cod.
- Strong, collaborative clinical team of 2 board-certified physicians and 2 experienced Physician Assistants, plus in-house Mohs surgery expertise.
- Outstanding local reputation, with a 5-star average patient rating and a loyal, well-established patient base built over years of trusted care.
- Comprehensive practice offering general and pediatric dermatology, skin cancer detection and treatment, Mohs surgery, patch testing, and a full menu of cosmetic services.
About the Role
- Practice at the top of your license providing comprehensive medical dermatology care, including diagnosis and treatment of acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair loss, and skin cancer.
- Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures, with in-house Mohs surgery support for complex cases.
- Collaborate closely with fellow physicians, Physician Assistants, and the Mohs surgery team.
- Monday-Friday, 4 Day Workweek. No Call.
What We're Looking For
- Active PA-C or NP licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in dermatology required. 2 years preferred.
- A patient-first mindset and genuine passion for dermatologic care.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
- A team player who thrives in a busy, multi-location practice environment.
