Project Manager, Salesforce Portfolio

Athenahealth seeks a Project Manager for its Salesforce portfolio to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance how providers use our cloud-based healthcare platform. You will own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from scoping and roadmap alignment through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce and workflow solutions. Manage timelines, scope, budget, and risks while ensuring compliance with healthcare and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce portfolio projects from planning through deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into Salesforce and workflow solutions.
• Manage project timelines, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with Athenahealth's cloud-based platform and healthcare compliance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts for new Salesforce capabilities.
