RN – Cardiac EP Lab

Brighton, MA | Acute Care

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM), Monday – Friday | No Weekends | Every Other Holiday | No On-Call

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing electrophysiology (EP) procedures including ablations, EP studies, and cardioversions
• Assist with cardiac device implants and explants, cryoablation, pulmonary vein isolation (PVI), and all other EP procedures
• Deliver care within a Level 1 academic teaching medical center environment
• Monitor and assess patients throughout EP procedures, ensuring safety and quality of care
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team in a high-acuity EP lab setting

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Recent EP/electrophysiology experience including Devices, EP Studies, Ablations, PVI, and related procedures
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must be able to take and pass an on-site Telemetry exam with a score of 85% or better
• Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be classified at a local rate

• Experience in a Level 1 or academic teaching medical center setting
• Familiarity with a broad range of EP procedures including cryoablation and cardioversion
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills in a fast-paced procedural environment

• Work in a dynamic, high-acuity EP lab at a Level 1 academic teaching medical center with no weekend or on-call requirements
• Gain exposure to a wide variety of advanced electrophysiology procedures in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
