Job Type: Direct Placement

Pay: $100,000 to $130,000 Per Hour BOE

• Lead all on-site construction activities from sitework through closeout.
• Establish and manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning.
• Maintain and execute the 3-Week Look-Ahead Schedule.
• Anticipate and resolve constructability, coordination, and schedule issues.
• Direct subcontractors to meet schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
• Conduct effective subcontractor coordination and planning meetings.
• Own jobsite execution, safety, quality, sequencing, and subcontractor performance, and serve as primary on-site leader.

• MUST have 3+ years experience as a Construction Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• MUST have commercial ground-up build experience from $5MM to $25MM.
• Ability to manage 15-20 subcontractors throughout the project.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams as the primary platform for all field documentation, including daily reports, photos, field notes, and coordination items.
• Need OSHA 30.
• Certified Storm Water Management Operator Certification is a plus, but not required (company can train).

• Must be aware of OSHA safety standards.
• May be exposed to heights and loud noises.
• May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending.
• May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
