Deployment Specialist

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Brighton, MI office. As a Deployment Specialist, you will be the bridge between Steelhead’s technology and our customers’ success. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive value, build long-term relationships, and support continuous improvement in our deployment processes. You’ll guide and assist organizations through deployment, deliver hands-on training, and ensure smooth adoption of the Steelhead platform.

Note:

This is not an IT or hardware-focused position. This role centers on helping customers adopt and use the Steelhead platform through training, configuration, and process support. It is not network, desktop, or technical infrastructure work.

• Support the Customer Success Organization (deployment, customer support, and customer outcomes) in all capacities, largely comprising of configuration and training (internal and external) tasks.
• Assist and train customers in their deployment of the Steelhead software.
• Travel to customer locations to support the Customer Success organization.
• Consistently pursue continuous improvement opportunities in the deployment process, tools, cross functional collaboration, customer training, etc.
• Respond to customer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly; provide critical knowledge and technical support.
• Build relationships with customer contacts to create advocates of Steelhead. Generate trust and credibility at multiple levels in existing accounts.

• You will play a pivotal role in helping Steelhead customers achieve real results and maximize the value of their Steelhead investment.
• You will gain exposure to a wide range of industries and learn how different businesses operate —from ownership and management to production and front-office teams.

• Experience in the manufacturing or software industry is a plus but not required.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-50%

• OTE: $50,000 - $75,000+ (Base Salary + Bonuses).
