We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental CAD/CAM Scanning Technician to join our team in Brighton, MI.

Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.

Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics

• Travel to local dentist offices to assist chairside in capturing high-accuracy 3D digital images of a patient’s mouth using an intraoral scanner
• Utilize Magic Touch software and other computer programs to download digital scans and prescriptions and create work orders to be sent for production
• Perform Data Entry functions for incoming and outgoing digital files
• Perform other CAD/CAM functions in lab as directed
• Provide excellent customer service, internal and external, via email, phone and in person
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

• Previous working experience as a Dental Assistant or lab technician
• Knowledge in computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, and/or audio applications), as well as Magic Touch system preferred
• High attention to detail - evaluating scans to ensure all necessary areas of the mouth are captured clearly, making rescans if needed

  Shape EXOCAD experience preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have ability to travel locally to dental offices
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check
