Dental Hygienist

Brighton Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing excellent preventive dental care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient.

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventive hygiene services
• Perform periodontal assessments and document patient findings
• Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
• Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive treatments as appropriate
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Review medical and dental histories and identify relevant concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Follow all OSHA, infection-control, and office safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team
• Help create a welcoming, professional patient experience

• Current Dental Hygiene license in the applicable state
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with patients of all ages
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and infection-control standards

• $50 per hour plus bonuses
