Overview
Dive Coach & Diving Development Coordinator
Brighton Area Schools is seeking a well-qualified and motivated person(s) to provide instruction to divers in our high school girls program (fall), high school boys (winter), and middle school (winter/early spring) as well as building programs to grow diving via our community education program.
Responsibilities- Provide instruction to divers in the high school girls program (fall).
- Provide instruction to divers in the high school boys program (winter).
- Provide instruction to divers in the middle school program (winter/early spring).
- Develop and grow diving through building programs and community education initiatives.
- Prior coaching experiences required.
- Degree/Certification and/or experience in K-12 education are preferred but not required.
- Coaching stipends are available for coaching the girls, boys, and middle school divers.
- Opportunities exist to start a diving club and/or run individual lessons, group lessons, camps, and clinics as additional earning opportunities as negotiated with the district.
