Livingston Christian School is a reputable Christian school situated in the vibrant Brighton, Michigan community, dedicated to providing a transformative educational experience for students K-12, rooted in faith, integrity, and excellence. Our mission is to equip students through academic excellence and an unwavering biblical worldview to be influential leaders for Christ.

We are seeking a passionate Christian Leader to lead our school(s) into the future. This leadership role is essential in guiding the overall operational aspects of the school while fostering a Christ-centered environment. The Executive Director will serve as the operational leader of the school and work closely with the current school leadership to foster a unified school trajectory.

• A regular attendee at the Church of their choosing.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of six years of experience in consistent organization leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading teams of educators or similar in multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Previous experience as a teacher or principal is preferred but not required, as overall organizational leadership is the primary requirement.

• Provide strategic leadership and vision to advance the school’s mission and values.
• Oversee academic programs and ensure high educational standards.
• Foster a positive school culture that supports students' spiritual and emotional growth.
• Build strong relationships with parents, faculty, and local community partners and churches.
• Ensure effective communication and transparency within the school community.
• Model biblical principles in personal and professional life, providing spiritual leadership for staff, faculty, students, and families.
• Diligently steward school by ensuring alignment with the Board, Vision and Statement of Faith.
• Exercise prudent oversight of budgets, financial management and compensation structures.
• Ensure secure management of confidential information.
• Promote accountability and professional growth by implementing performance evaluations and supporting ongoing development for teachers and staff to uphold high standards of excellence.
