Personal Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team in Brighton, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the office staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure client safety and confidentiality

• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient approach to care-giving
• Must have valid transportation to travel to clients’ homes

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid twice a month
