Restoration Operations Manager

Job Description

This company is looking for PREMIER candidates to fill a recently opened position of Operations Manager. We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration construction company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly-motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of Operations Manager with extended experience in either commercial/residential restoration. Candidates must have experience in working within this role or a very similar position.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Operations/Branch Management role
• Education:
  High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
• Xactimate and DASH experience preferred not required
• IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged
• Ability to oversee staff, projects, and scheduling
• Strong knowledge in commercial and residential restoration projects
• Highly-motivated and proactive
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel
