Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Multiple Shifts Available)

Hot Stamp Operator Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hot Stamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with production equipment who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality parts while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to build skills in advanced manufacturing and grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hot stamp press and punch press equipment according to work instructions
• Read and follow job specifications, including tooling and die setup
• Measure and inspect parts using a tape measure and other basic tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine quality checks and document results as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and actively participate in site safety programs
• Support team production goals and meet established output targets
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience operating stamping presses or similar equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic tooling
• Ability to read a tape measure (feet and inches)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Manufacturing/factory environment
• Extended periods of standing and repetitive work
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas
