Action Tool & Machine is currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe programmer and operator with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated individual. This is a 1st shift position working 40-50 hours a week. We provide competitive pay based on experience and an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, and flex time.

• Programming, set up, manufacturing and verifying parts to blueprint specifications.
• Utilizing manual G-Code and Mastercam software.
• Maintaining equipment.
• Ensuring quality standards by following quality assurance procedures.
• Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add value to the team.

• Previous experience as a machinist or in a manufacturing environment
• The ability to read blueprints or job orders and make minor adjustments as needed to fulfill requirements
• The ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
