Production Manager
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Shift Supervisor for direct-hire in Brighton, MI!
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to lead our production team, ensure quality standards are met, and promote a safe, productive workplace.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and support production employees during your shift.
- Assign team members to workstations and manage production schedules.
- Monitor production performance and troubleshoot molding process issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure products meet quality standards by working closely with the Quality team.
- Complete monthly employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintain production records, downtime logs, and process documentation.
- Oversee preventive maintenance activities and coordinate tool changes.
- Prepare production and equipment for the next shift to ensure a smooth transition.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while supporting 5S initiatives.
- Follow ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards, as well as FIFO inventory practices.
Schedule is 2nd shift. Pay rate is $28-$30 per hour DOE.

What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with injection molding processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and lead by example.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified is preferred.
