Production Associate – 2nd & 3rd Shift On-the-Job Training Provided | Shift Premium Available Brighton, Michigan Biovire is advancing toward commercialization with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and manufacturing life-changing therapies in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Our Production team plays a critical role in safely manufacturing and packaging products that improve and save lives.

We are seeking Production Associates who are dependable, quality-focused, and excited to work in a collaborative manufacturing environment where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued.

The Role The Production Associate supports daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations through dispensing, inspection, labeling, packaging, cleaning, and controlled manufacturing area support. This position follows detailed manufacturing procedures while ensuring product quality, compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and a safe working environment. Shift Opportunities Second

Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM + 10% shift premium

Third

Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM + 15% shift premium

Key Responsibilities Perform pharmaceutical manufacturing activities in accordance with approved batch records, SOPs, and established procedures

Complete GMP documentation accurately and in real time Perform visual inspection, labeling, packaging, and cleaning activities

Maintain controlled manufacturing areas in a clean and inspection-ready condition

Follow cGMP requirements, aseptic practices, and established safety procedures

Verify production materials and components

Support continuous improvement, safety initiatives, and operational excellence

Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners

Contribute to a culture of quality, accountability, safety, and teamwork What You Bring High school diploma or GED required

Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required (we provide on-the-job training)
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food, or another regulated manufacturing environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately

Ability to follow detailed procedures and work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
