We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, extensive CNC machining experience, and the ability to independently set up and operate equipment while producing high-quality precision parts.

Schedule Options1st Shift
- Monday
- Thursday - 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 4-day work week
- Overtime as needed based on production requirements
2nd Shift
- Monday
- Thursday - 4:30 PM - 3:00am
- 4-day work week
- Shift Premium
- Overtime as needed based on production requirements
Pay is based on experience, plus 2nd-shift premium

- Independently perform work within the Lathe, Mill, and/or Grinding departments without additional training or direct supervision.
- Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and machine operation.
- Perform milling, turning, grinding, drilling, tapping, deburring, inspection, and bench operations.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of tooling, tool life, and machine conditions.
- Identify and correct defective materials or questionable conditions.
- Properly clock in and out of jobs and follow all work instructions.
- Complete inspection reports and follow Quality Alerts and established quality procedures.
- Consistently produce parts that meet customer and company quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively and work productively as part of a team.
- Train and assist less-experienced Machine Operators.
- Be willing to work in other areas of the plant as production needs require.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- Ability to read and understand engineering blueprints
- Proficient knowledge of GD&T
- In-depth knowledge of machine tools, tooling selection, and materials
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming
- Proficient operation of CNC lathes, mills, and/or grinders
- In-depth knowledge of bore tools, gauges, inspection requirements, and documentation
- Proficient use of work offsets and tool offsets
, including cutter compensation - Ability to indicate parts and properly set up work pieces
- Ability to follow written work instructions and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
