General Laborer/Assembler

We are searching for several hardworking individuals to join the Assembly team in Brighton MI.

• 1st shift:7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 4:30pm / Monday to Friday.
• Starting Pay Rate:$18.00/hr

The General Laborer/Assembler will be responsible
for working as part of a fast-paced team environment, building and assembling custom crates and packaging for automotive, military, and commercial customers.

• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line techniques
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout all tasks
• Support various production activities as needed to meet daily operational targets
• Conduct basic inspections of finished products for quality assurance

• Manufacturing, shop, or transferrable mechanical experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other machinery or tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and follow detailed instructions
• High school diploma or GED
• Please note this position is not on the bus line.
