Starting at $17/hour or higher (based on experience and shift) – paid Biweekly on Fridays

Aspen Technologies Inc is seeking candidates at entry-level or those with prior experience to work on the production line, operate machinery, hand tools, and help us deliver quality products on time.
General Production to work on our 1st Shift at our Brighton location. The hours are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday – Friday, with overtime as required on weekends as needed for production.

• Operate production machinery, trimmers, or assembly tools safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Meet daily production and attendance goals
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

The position pays a competitive hourly rate.

• 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is preferred
• Must follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Comfortable working in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment
• High School diploma or GED required
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Desire for long-term employment
• Ability to understand and read directions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time.

Must have physical strength and endurance to be able to perform duties. Required to frequently lift and move 10-50 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
