Responsibilities

Set up and adjust dies for various production runs, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on dies and related equipment.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as necessary.

Operate overhead crane

Document setup procedures and maintain accurate records of production runs.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Die Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Overhead crane experience required

Strong understanding of die setup, operation, and maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
