Pay:$19–$20/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift:1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

Chemical Blending Technician

As a Chemical Blending Technician, you will be responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending chemicals to produce high-quality industrial lubricants and coatings. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring safe practices, and supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Blending & Production
  • Accurately measure and weigh chemicals per specific formulas.
  • Mix raw materials to meet exact product specifications.
  • Ensure proper incorporation of additives and stabilizers.
Quality Control
  • Perform quality checks throughout the blending process.
  • Monitor processes and equipment for consistency and accuracy.
  • Report any issues or deviations immediately.
Safety Compliance
  • Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Handle chemicals and materials in accordance with regulations.
  • Promote a safety-first mindset across the team.
Equipment Maintenance
  • Operate and maintain blending machinery.
  • Report malfunctions or irregularities promptly.
  • Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance.
Inventory & Documentation
  • Track raw material usage and monitor inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate blending records and batch logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company documentation procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 45+ lbs and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
  • Previous experience in chemical blending or industrial manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
